After researching for months, it still seems that exercise delays the progression of the disease more than anything, and there are a lot of top neurologists (including my own) who would agree. Everything and anything that works is valuable, so please keep sharing. On the one hand,we all share very similar symptoms, but on the other hand, the old saying is true “Once you’ve seen one person with Parkinson’s, you’ve seen one person with Parkinson’s!”

I TOTALLY AGREE! If we do not keep moving our body we will lose the ability to do so! It worries me that people think they need to run a marathon but it as simple as moving, moving, moving your body! Just a little bit everyday helps

Hi Lisa, you have all of the same exact symptoms as my husband with the fatigue and the internal tremors traveling down the one side of his body. He has no resting visual tremors however. The bradykinesia was quite bad. Aerobic exercise and of course physical therapy helps him alot. He's currently taking no meds, because like you, he's not getting any worse as long as we can help it!! Lisa, most importantly I want to tell you that many many people have developed Parkinson's and other neurological conditions after the Covid vaccines. We never took them. Please if you've taken any, do not let anyone tell you they are helpful because Lisa, as an RN I've seen quite the contrary. God bless, sending love and prayers your way.🙏

@@positivelyParkinsons Lisa, you can't believe all of the people I know who have died from them, gotten their cancer back and passed away, not to mention the deaths of my mother and my sister who were both forced in the care home they lived in. My sister had Multiple Sclerosis with no other underlying conditions and my mom no heart problems whatsoever went into heart failure. My sister was only 53 years old. Many new cancers, ALS, Parkinson's and heart issues.

Have you tried a restricted diet? Cut out all sugar and carbs. Then try carnivore. It works for some people.

I have actually just filmed a video on this very topic! A girlfriend of mine with PD has just started the carnivore diet and is already noticing a difference if reduction of her symptoms!

I have suffered w anxiety depression most of my life but was able to manage with running excercise therapy etc ..,I cared for my parents the last 5 yrs and they both died last yr and left alone at 63 fell into deep depression anxiety and no meds help…in the last month I developed tremors in both hands , body jerks while sleeping and feelings of internal tremors …my drthinks it’s just the anxiety becoming more severe but wonder if it’s Parkinson’s or just anxiety

My goodness you have had a rough time! I hope for you it is anxiety and not PD. Breathing and meditation would help so much with your anxiety. Are you back exercising? From my understanding PD only starts on one side of the body but in saying that everyone seems to be different! Sending you positive energy

@@positivelyParkinsons thank you …,never thought anxiety could cause all this havoc ….i was running marathins before parents died but haven’t been able to run again and I was running 9 miles per day for years ….depressiin and anxiety leaves me in bed .,,lost motivation after being so focused on their care ..,.thank yiu for caring

jeepers, this keeps coming up so there must be something to it! I did get vaccinated. Frightening to think there may be a link!
