Nice car! Fluid Film it underneath, or it will slowly turn back to iron ore. After the movie, "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles", everyone loved to make fun of K-Cars. However, a lot of people liked the distinctive, straight look, chrome, and angles of the body, and the simplicity of them, but they were to embarrassed to admit it. They were also good in snow, and easy to work on.

In the early 90's I worked for the county and we had one of these for when we went to seminars or classes or the bosses needed to go someplace.

I had a 1984 Dodge Aries station wagon. A lot of cargo space with the rear seats down. The K cars were wider than most if not all the typical compacts of today. Ride quality was actually pretty good. Very simple cars to work on. Many car mechanics at the time rated it as one of the easiest cars to work on as they were pretty simple cars mechanically. The 2.2L was very simple to work on. One knock was the flimsy thin sheet metal.

Nice pristine car! Don't see many of those on the streets! Jumpy video but I understand cause you had a chance to video it quickly, the owner is like he couldn't wait to get back into the garage at the end lol, but I'm sure it was longer.
