At least most of the shops resume at Narita. Can't wait for your Hokkaido Vlog. Sandos are always good for quick bites. Takoyaki will be challenging. It depends on what time is the flight and any lounge use. At least 2 hours before flight if there is lounge use. If not, 1.5 hours at least before flight.

Your excitement before your flight into another adventure to the place you have not visited before could be felt very well. The sunset taken from both the plain as well as the train with whitness of the snow in front of it just so lovely to watch. Supporo seems to be a nice town with the special atmosphere visible even at night. Although rather cold you could have enjoyed both the strolling of the streets and the yummy dinner. Snow festival has a special vibe even at night. Congrats, the whole video was another fun. I cannot help waiting for the rest of your Hokkaido adventure.

Was there Feb 28-March 3, 2018. Couldn't book our group during Odori Snow Festival, as well as can't afford. Times 10 in price comparison. Took the Chitose-Sapporo train that run for about one hour. Stayed at Nakajima area. Still remember my first time, and so far, only time there. Needless to say, I was a victim too of snow, I slipped and fell down, twice. Charged to experience, part of the experience. Loved every bit of it.

Finally a video on Hokkaido! Missing Hokkaido and their king crabs ramen. For airport check in 3 hrs before to enjoy lounge facility and food and for boarding time, at the gate half an hour earlier. Hate to sprint after the announcement on last call 😅 which I did before. Do carry some enzyme pill with you and pop before food it helps over eating and quick digestions. While you did have the black shirt, I was nervous about the takoyaki sauce staining it 😱 In terms of airport arrival question: I would rather be safe and arrive 2 -3hrs before. I am only saying based on my own experience in the US. If you are not familiar with the TSA in the US, they make going through security really tough, especially in NY🤣 I can totally feel the cold second-hand 🥶 when you got to Sapporo. Please, please wear a hat next time. You lose a good percentage of body heat from your head. Can't wait for part 2! Rest well, and thanks for the hard work!

After rewatching your typhoon vidio including your audio part I realized that how your charming voice and naration add to your stunning video filming making a total perfect experience for any viewer. I am glad that you safely survived the most severe part of the typhoon on the previous day and were able to make this less badly looking side of a typhoon, due to which even many stores and restaurants could have been opened for so many stuck travelers - including your beloved KURA place. It was fun to watch how you enjoyed your various food items. In the end you showed your warm heart by giving away the gadgets you have won to some kids. This was not your first time for I remember the crocodile episode at Tokyo Station in the past. By the way your new permed hairstyle and the appropriate haircut by your dad suits you so well. I prefer your longer hair but due to hot and humid Japanese summer this is the right solution. Perfect choice! Looking forward to your next edited video covering your return trip to Tokyo and perhaps some sneaky peacks dealing with your future travel plans. GAAOO!!!

Hey Rion, thank you for sharing this helpful tips about location of Tokyo Disneyland. I didn’t know that it is located in Chiba prefecture like NRT. I think many people might assume that it’s in Tokyo since it’s called “Tokyo Disneyland.” This reminds me of a couple of similar situations in the US, such as San Francisco international airport being in San Mateo county instead of San Francisco, and San Francisco premium outlets being located in a city called Livermore about 40 miles away from San Francisco. It goes to show that sometimes things are not always what they seem at first glance?😊

Man I am seriously thinking of taking the Shinkansen to Hakodate next time I’m in Japan even though it would take a lot time compared to a short flight

Tbh if you're taking an international flight and you get assigned to be stuck in Terminal 1 and youre there a bit early, just walk over to Terminal 2 for a bit before checking in. I feel like theres more stuff there lmao Still funny tho the Japanese Airport price is just normal price for places like US or Canada lol
