When I view your content I know I am getting something truly valuable, that I should be paying for. It is just that good. I feel the need to point out every detail to encourage you, which proves I actually get it! Like how stunning filming Lydia is in the intro among the columns. And the magic of the blue hue you drench the scenery with (that always triggers happiness to me). Those aerials show the majesty of the city like nothing else can. How it appeared the drone was flying through the hotel lobby (was it?). And starboard those water droplets slowed in mid air and looped... mesmerizing to watch. Awesome video Ali, the transitions keep getting better and better. I just had a few questions if you don't mind answering them. 1) Below in your video description it says the film camera you use, do you use that one for the edit portion of your video? 2) Traveling is an amazing way to showcase your talent, I was curious how do you manage to stay fit while traveling so much to different places where it may not be easy to count calories etc? would you be making a video regarding types of food you eat to stay fit just like your older videos? . The reason I ask is I am inspired by what you an Lydia do, hence why it would help to know some tips from people who are able to stay fit and ready for the next venture.

The Modern Caveman I use the Sony for those sections yea, I don't track my food at the moment in all honestly, I don't particularly over think my diet I eat when i'm hungry and try to stick to healthy choices it's something I'm going to get back into now I have a bit more time on my hands :)
