I want to say the events of the original trilogy of games take place in 2012 or around then and this is supposedly a decade later in 2022 so it takes place well, after the events of Chernobyl

1st encounter is always a good way to be more prepared and get used to any enemies/monsters later on. So now they are just a "big...froooog...spider" for you 😆 Never heard of this game and that makes me super excited for this new series/playthrough. It's a fresh new journey for me too 😊

It is terrifying because you have no Companion while doing Mission or Side Mission, and yes there's a lot of Jumpscare since the First Game.
