The game actually DOES use one of the choices! Spoilers ahead: Your save file name is whatever you answer when the character creation guy asks for your name. That name is also used in some of the Castletown NPC’s dialogues in chapter 2.

So great seeing completely blind Deltarune playthroughs, and honestly just like me fr for choosing Susie as a favorite for Ch1. There are a couple of secrets in this chapter, but honestly it's nowhere near packed as Undertale (yet). Anyways, I just want to comment on that intro sequence, cause we still don't know much about it other than it's incredibly mysterious, and it's likely to be a secret character from Undertale talking to us through it. After you finish the chapters, you could look up the main theories and secrets bc it's just speculation. Join the theory train here lol
