0.2 has what is easily my favorite opening in the series. The new remix of Simple and Clean with just how smoothly they animated things to it, there's so much raw emotion in such a short summary of what Aqua experienced. And here's another vote recommending you watch damo's Union Cross dub after finishing this game rather than Back Cover (because his dub includes all the scenes from it anyway).

Once you finish Kingdom Hearts 0.2, I would strongly recommend that you watch Damo's Fan Dub of the Kingdom Hearts X series instead of watching Back Cover. It is at this point in the Kingdom Hearts series that mobile games are introduced and the story telling gets a little wacky and can be hard to keep up with (yes, even for Kingdom Hearts' standards :P). Damo's Fan Dub, in my opinion, is best way to comprehend the next part of the story, because he properly blends the Back Cover movie and mobile games' 2D cutscenes. I second this because of the way events in the back cover movie take place concurrently with the 2D mobile games. The only way the story actually makes sense is to view everything in chronological order.

I third this! I once mentioned this from a previous video and am glad someone brought it up! Watching them really changed everything of the KH Universe we knew, wish i watched before i played KH3, really pieced everything together for me. I would slightly alter that watching Part 1 is all you need to watch before KH3, then once after, can finish the Union Cross story with part 2. Watching part 2 before playing KH3 has potential to spoil story elements that connect KH3. You'll love it Jade, I assure you! Don't lose this opportunity!

The fragmentary passage was supposed to be part of KH 3 as a demo but Square decided to release it separately as a continuation of Aqua’s story from the secret ending in Birth By Sleep and a prequel of KH 3. Just a little tip if you’re dealing with elemental Heartless, try using an opposing nature on them. The water elemental Heartless will be vulnerable to Fire magic. Don’t use fire on fire. In KH 1 if you defeated an elemental Heartless with opposing magic you would get technique points. I think you gain more EXP points for defeating elemental Heartless with opposing magic spells.

The grand magic in this game is really really pretty, this game is super underrated imo. It’s kinda short, but I think it tells a great story with the time it has

I’ll admit I’ve never played a Kingdom Hearts game But This game? I would buy a full version of this in a heartbeat. It’s so gorgeous on a level I can’t say the other games show. And the combat looks so Fun, I could see myself absolutely losing it trying to do all the cool stuff you can probably do. I think it also comes down to, my situation of knowing these games through others. Aqua is without a doubt my favorite character in this franchise, I would spend 70$ on a game of her alone Thats how good her character is to me. The music too is just breath taking. I could listen to every song on this for hours (especially Aqua’s theme) But yeah thats just what my thoughts are! I pray whatever game comes next includes more Aqua.

Playing this small game really teases on how KH3 is gonna play like. Since youre enjoying the gameplay, youll definitely enjoy KH3!

As much as i love the mobile game lore there really needs to be a concise official way to experience it the best. As of now feels like fans have had to pick up the slack, like everybody has mentioned Daemos Union X dub is an excellent way to expirence this upcomong scetion of kh as it gives on screen instructions on when to start or stop and incorporates the back cover cutscenes in flawlessly. I would say it's definitely the least headache inducing way to go about watching that saga. Strap in cause it's quite the ride, lol
