Despite me having hundreds of hours in the series, I haven't played Splatoon since like 2019. There are people who are just insanely good at this game by putting in the hours.

So many modes to play I'm a little overwhelmed to be honest. Story mode is super fun, table turf is another card game that I get to dominate in, turf wars are so much more fun than it was in 2, and salmon run is 24 hours now. All of it is amazing

Man I feel that bit about salmon run. In my opinion, there where only 2 unfun thing about it: grillers, and the fact that it was closed for such long periods of time. So glad it’s open 24/7 now

​@@RenAkakaze Up to Profreshional +1 and still not encountered either of my least favourite special waves from S2 - Grillers and Rush. The other thing I haven't encountered yet in 3 is Goldie Search. My only _slight_ issue with the current rotations for Salmon Run is that they're 40 hours each and... Well I suppose it's a decent way of getting chunks beyond 1200p, with all the duplicate gear you get from that if you like to do Salmon Run each day...

@@Stephen-Fox I’ve encountered all three of those exactly once after several hours of play so they’re still in the game. I didn’t play salmon run on S2 that much so don’t know if they were more common in S2 but they definitely are rare in S3

Finally in this game range blaster is fixed, and i actually underrated wave breaker, is a good special for controlling a determinated place in the map; It is very for controlling the splat zone either.

I'm not sure why but in all the matches the maps feel a lot better than in Splatoon 2. Like Wahoo world feels like you get a lot more time with the extra bridges and in clamblitz you can go through them which I don't remember being able to do before. Everything just feels faster like dying has no "consequence" but it still definitely does but you get to be thrown back in so fast even without quick respawn that it feels like the gameplay flows very well. Plus one thing I love is how the starting kit promotes new players to super jump more since you start with the Big Bubbler which has a built in beacon so new players would see super jumping super often

Hey Chara, I've been enjoying your content for a while now and I was thinking to my self yesterday Range Blaster looks like a fun wepon. I tried it and I really like it. One of my favorite parts about it is that the minimum indirect damage and damage from the Wave Breaker are just low enough to not be a combo kill.

I was wondering: how would you guys play the splatana and bow? I haven’t tested it but I guess the idea is to treat the splatana as a long ranged weapon with a powerful close ranged option. And for the bow I think that you only go to 1 level of charge and jump for kills at a distance. Does that sound about right?

well for splatana you are right but with bow its basically a both close and distance weapon but its better at like mid range so just charge until the first circle fills up and then just shoot at them for extra damage

Full charge for one shots because the three reticles are closer together, and when you can't hit a person directly just half charge to get multiple shot in on opponents. It's been mostly working out for me. Also don't jump while charging it takes forever. It's kind of like an Explosher/Charger hybrid

The bow with the missiles is like the squiffer for the charger, it's a smaller version. (Charges quicker, shoots less far, has a different kit)

Could you do a video on jet squelcher in splatoon 3? I was a jet squelcher main in 2 and got to X rank in zones with it but was only S+3 in other game modes. I know it has angle shooter and ink vac. I’ve tried the angle shooter and can’t seem to use it good and I feel the ink vac is kinda a get out of jail card/ trade with a front liner if you get into a bad position.
