Only thing I wish they didn't get rid of between S2 and S3 was the option to trade in earned clothing for cash (4K gold each). It's good that you can get a bunch of ability chunks from farming capsules, though it'd be nice to choose either that or gold. Other than that, Salmon Run definitely got the most improvement between the 2 games.

i just played an open rotation of clams with sturgeon and eeltail alley. got eeltail 13 times in a row. unfortunately no eeltail in the rotation to follow.

These people are on par with the B rank probably Smurf or just really really annoying person who stalled rainmaker by standing still and spamming fully charged shots where it was near impossible to reach them due to the stage and they didn’t contribute anything to the objective even walking right past the first checkpoint and just stalling out the match for no reason other than to be annoying Maybe there was a better strategy to reaching him but with his higher elevation and lack of options to reach him with the constant explosions and other 3 teammates protecting him with a team without specials that can easily displace someone(ink storm wasn’t doing much for me) we could only sit and wait for the rainmaker to time out

If I had a nickel for every time a splatoon 3 enemy uses stingray I would have 2 nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice

Half of these have a tone of voice that sounds like it's either speaking from experience or suffer from watching people (or teammates).

It's interesting to hear how much calmer Chara is in pre-3 videos, you really suffered a lot having to handle the issues in the sequel.

I play a lot of Salmon Run; it's actually the main thing I do in Splatoon 3! I have a goal to reach one million points by next summer, which is probably doable, as I have more than 825 000 points now.

Tacticooler makes me kinda sad like "reef is bad everyone can swim away with tacticooler effects", "just swim away you respawn really fast anyway" like every special would be better if not everyone had ×500000000000000000 movement speed. Itd be more fun and punishing to die. Like?!

Ideas: 1. Male Idols(Inklings or Octolings) I had thought of a 4 character boy idol team, this could also make some interesting splatfests too, some ideas could be Splatfest 1: Four Seasons(Summer, Winter, Spring, Fall) Splatfest 2: Card symbols(Diamond, Spade, Heart, Clover) Splatfest 3: Elements(Earth, Fire, Wind, Water) Splatfest 4: Mathematics???(Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) Splatfest 5: Sports(Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Football) Splatfest 6: Colors(Red, Blue, Yellow, Green) Splatfest 7: Emotions(Happy, Sad, Anger, Fear) I know some of these aren't perfect but it's ideas 2. Crossover gear, imagine having marios cap as an equip able hat, or using bowser Jr's ink brush as it's own weapon, or Links tunic as a "shirt" and uh...Yoshi's equip able shoes? 3. Following up #2 I think bowser Jr's inkbrush would be an interesting weapon, I figured it's "special" ability could be "sabotage" where you use the brush to cover the enemy opponents screen partially in your ink color to hinder their vision to a degree for a few seconds, could be used to gain an advantage and it doesn't feel too overwhelmingly broken(that I think) with the sub weapon being able to make weak polluted piranhas that spray ink of your color to nearby enemies when they get close, it's relatively weak and can die pretty easily but it's like a little turret 4. New stats for gear 1. Jump Height(Allows player to jump higher, naturally...applies to kid form and squid form, may help jumping over a few obstacles, or whatnot...not the most useful I'll admit) 2. Second Wind(Exclusive to the shirt gear, allows the player a one time use per match ability to respawn in the same location as where they were previously splatted, it's only one time use per GAME so use it only when you believe it would benefit the team and don't waste it) 3. Sneaky Special(Exclusive to the hat, hides whenever an enemy uses a special attack, so it doesn't reveal to the enemy that you're using it) 4. Saving grace(Exclusive to the shoes, when inkling has taken 50% of their health in damage, increases swim speed, increases defense up, increases run speed, hopefully so they can make a quick getaway to avoid being splatted)

Salmon run is the best multiplayer mode this game

I wish in in the next upcoming Splatoon game, they let you have abilities on you or on the weapons. Because there's some guns that take a while to perform well, and then there's others that really don't do squat

I like salmon run alot, but the lack of balance can be ridiculously annoying. Flyfish are stupidly overpowered, the quality of the stages vary way too much, and the price of everything you can buy in grizzco speaks for itself. Hopefully splatoon 4 improves salmon run even more.

Salmon Run is easily the best mode in Splatoon 3. It got consistently good changes across most patch cycles and was MASSIVELY improved between games with new creatively designed enemys, gamemodes, wave events and mechanics. It also makes a solid effort to use both Squid Roll and Surge compaired the the base game where Surge is barely used.

While 5 starring Squeezer, these 2 weapons gave me *so* much trouble (and from what I’ve seen seem to be a weaker weapon matchup for Squeezer), so I try to tell people that if they wanna fight the annoying bottle to use one of these weapons
