You Can DENY ZIPCASTER And Its SO SATISFYING

A lot of people got confused with the title/claim clickbait so let me explain. Cancel means to end a special early via killing it. For example, splashdown cancel in Splatoon 2. I also find this term better/safer for titles then using "kill" for example, and I figured with the thumbnail showing me shooting a Zipcaster down it was clear what I meant. If someone has a better term I will change the title but I'll leave this to clarify, hopefully that makes sense. Update: Someone suggested deny which works well so I made it that. Hopefully this clarifies things.

It was only confusing because it went against lingo from most fighting games where canceling almost always means manually stopping one of your own actions, i.e. pressing a special move to alleviate the end lag of another attack is often called a special cancel. This led me to believe the vid was going to be a tech where you can end zipcaster early which would be so freaking good. When I only saw blaster footage, I'll admit, I was a little disappointed.

@@Smenchevieve What's funny is that this does exist for Zipcaster - since it superjumps you back to the starting position once it ends, you can cancel it early by falling off the map, just like you can with Inkjet.

Blaster mains are even better. Their shots are slow moving so they have to predict it. If they consistently get directs you know they’re insane. I don’t get many directs cause I’m used to the quick shots of a charger. But I still get them. I get directs. I am the best. I’m amazing.

i've only had one definitive rage quit from what i can tell, on the bridge of wahoo world some one had thrown a inkwall right has i was using my reefslider, it was at an angle though so i slide against and past it and took out 3 of the enemy team who were hiding behind it, then traded with the machine that was the last remaining , then the .52 gal rage quited, it was hilarious.

I thought it would be clear for the similar titles ive done in Splatoon 2 (ex splashdown cancel) and wanted avoid using kill. I got a suggestion for deny and changed it. If it helps you can end the special early by jumping off the map, so hopefully that can help there, apoligies for the confusion.

You can play Splatoon 3 on your computer/laptop if you have a capture card, so yeah Chara is just playing it on his PC with a capture card while they are in discord.
