My first time running a dinner party as a private chef!

This was one of the most challenging yet exciting dinners of my private cheffing career yet! 🤩
Arguably the hardest aspect and key to success when cooking for a large group is making sure you are as prepped as possible in advance - especially when you have to pack up and finish cooking and plating at the clients house. While the timing luckily worked out, it got a bit tighter at the end which is when I stopped filming as much (getting packed and ready to go.) But, truly the best way to learn is through practice so with each new project/event it gets more efficient!!

I am gonna give you a chef’s tip: the polenta needs to cook until in forms a crust around the pan, that you can peel off after. My whole family is from Veneto, that’s how we cook it😊

Hope ya realize how privileged an fortunate u are because frankly a lot of people couldn’t afford a lot of the food ya are able to eat an make but also to be able to do all the things u are able to ! Because frankly there are hella people starving at this very moment so count yo blessings fr fr! Speaking as someone struggling hella u could always be in a way way worse position like millions of people have to experience each moment of every day !
