By the way Joe, the fish with the filling is called “Taiyaki”, and is usually sold as a street food in Japan. It’s basically a fish shaped cake with filling, which could really be anything. Some common fillings are red bean paste, sweet potatoes, matcha, chocolate, custard, ice cream, etc.
