That's a really intriguing way to do shading, using an exposure mask! Normally, I see people using another (darker) color. This almost seems more realistic, as that's how shadows really work. Super interesting though! I've never seen this technique, but I'll definitely try it out!

I bought the holiday edition, I absolutely love it! If you didnt know you can map one button to KL/KR and then use the red dial to do multiple things, I have it set for brush size, to zoom in and out and also blend modes

I recently got a wacom intuos. Once you get used to the tablet your workflow will improve significantly and its also a lot easier on your hand. It won't cramp up as much as often happened to me with a mouse.

yeah, i have a wacom intuos and it's pretty awesome, i had it for years now and i could not work with a mouse at all.... the only problem with the intuos are the nib, maybe you don't have the same issue but i have to change my nibs too often, i had a bamboo before it had better nibs

(im using a wacom intous and im not big fan of wacom due to their crappy customer service my tablet is malfunctioning due to the recent updates and they gave me the answer "Buy a new one" where i am from a intous non wireless was 80€ on sale now its only avaiable on wireless and its almost 200€ so im asking if xp pen its really good and if it can compete with wacom products, sorry for big comment)

Think might mean "Music Visualisation" or "Visual Equaliser". A lot of people who make nusic channels use them. There's a tonne of AE templates like that. I'd say check out "Renderforest music visualisation" if want a freebie and don't mind watermark. Or if have AE you can get templates from places like Envato. Loads to pick from and many allow placement of logo or your photo in middle of the equaliser effect
