You should have slept at the right time 😊 and forced yourself to stay awake and not sleep when you body wanted took . That’s how u adjust to whatever country you travel to . That is ; Slept at 10-11pm and wake up at 8am . If you feel fatigued you can drink a pocari sweat which helps hydration and is energizing. Oral hydration is also a drink u can take to help improve your hydration it can be bought at any pharmacy . And Donki Hote is a Japanese store u can get a variety of chocolate and Japanese goodies there is one in Shibuya near the H&M store .
