It was my Chest day.
I did 5 exercises of 3 sets each (Repititions starting from 12-10, 10-8, 10-8 while increasing weights in each set).

Exercise :
1: Flat Bench press for Overall chest(with rod), starting 1st set with 20 kg including rod, 2nd set 25kg and 3rd set 30 kg.
2: Incline Bench press for Upper chest(with rod), starting 1st set with 20 kg including rod, 2nd set 25kg and 3rd set 30 kg.
3: 1: Decline Bench press for Lower chest (with rod), starting 1st set with 30 kg, 2nd set 25kg and 3rd set 30 kg.
4: PecDec/Butterfly for Overall chest , starting 1st set with 25 kg, 2nd set 30 kg and 3rd set 35 kg.
5: 1: Dumbell,Flat Bench press for Overall chest , starting 1st set with 10 kg , 2nd set 20 kg and 3rd set 25 kg.
