Well done. Really interesting brands you featured. Especially Dennison dress watches. Thank you.

interesting peak into an event I wouldn't normally see, I like that you were selective in what stood out to you personally and you're very well spoken, so if you're enjoying making watch content I think you'd get even better! I'm a sucker for design details so dress watches like that Dennison spoke to me the most

Wonderful video, thank you for posting. What is the name of the brand at the 07:25 mark where you were trying the watches on? Those dials look fantastic.

May I add something regarding photographing watching? Thank you. Companies do spend a lot of money photographing watches. However, no matter how hard you try, some watches simply don't photograph very well. Another reason to always try on the watch you intend to by or, in this case, some watching you don't plan on buying. Some watches are breathtaking on wrist.

Interesting channel, one thing I liked about the video is actually seeing the salon, which I've never heard of. And the classy background music. And you've got an interesting write-up of what you liked and such. What I didn't like is the constant cut backs to you stood in front of a camera, I'd prefer to just see the watches with audio commentary. Honestly would even prefer a raw uncut 1 hour long tour with more indepth view of the event and more brands.

@@Kairosdex thanks for the feedback. I never realize how much I don’t feature the watches until I get comments like this 🤣. Will keep trying to show less of my face and more of the watches from now on 👍🏾

You said the Dennison watch took inspiration from a Piaget Watch, which model was it that you meant?

You didn't provide links to the companies making these watches? Really? Kind of thoughtless. Content makers like you are invited to events like this because the companies expect you to promote their company and products. Don't be surprised if you don't get invited back.

@@bettersteps feel free to never watch or comment on one of my videos again. As I mentioned in the video, this was my first event and so I didn’t know that. It wasn’t explained to me when I was invited. Despite the usefulness of your info, you’ve delivered it in such a rude way, I really hope you to leave the page and never return, thanks 🙂
@betterstepsАй бұрын
@@watcheswithkym Friend, it was constructive criticism. Being your first event has nothing to do with YOU placing their link on YOUR video. Sorry, it doesn't. It's common courtesy and not something that needs to be explained to you. You were invited because they want to promote their watch. So, promote it. Share their link in "the video description below". They wan't people to visit their site, so help them. I wasn't being rude. I was being direct. You're soft. You should be thankful someone is trying to help you with your channel.

@ first of all, we’re not friends, so don’t call me that. Secondly, if it’s my first watch event as press, how can anyone expect me to know everything I’m meant to do? Do you know every little part of your job on the first day if your manager doesn’t explain it to you first? Of course not. Well done for being unreasonable and callous. Thirdly, you have NO IDEA who invited me and what the terms were for me being invited. If I was told I had to promote every watch brand there (whether I liked them or not), I would’ve said no, because promoting brands I don’t like is disingenuous to me and my brand. All 3 of the brands in this video were happy to be in it, and thanks me for considering them. If I went to that event and hated every watch I saw there, I have every right not to post a single thing about them. Well done for being ignorant. Fourthly, if you really think you would’ve had to audacity to say those exact words to my face, as I stand here now, 6ft, 260lbs, you’re either lying to yourself or have 0 social skills. Well done for losing your mind. And finally, I’m absolutely grateful for feedback, when it’s presented properly. There’s nothing wrong with kindly suggesting I go back and add links, but calling me “thoughtless” and saying I won’t be invited back? Absolutely nothing positive or constructive about it. This was your opportunity to let some horrible feelings out on someone for some reason. On ALL my videos, you’ll see my positive responses, even to negative feedback done in a kind and professional manner. You are rude and that is how I see it. This is my page and I don’t want you here if you think talking to me like that is acceptable. This is the last comment I’ll make on this. Sincerely, Kym (the softie)

@@watcheswithkym Friend, I sincerely called you friend to deescalate and I told you my comment was meant as constructive criticism. I have no social skills but you think a post trying to intimidate me by your 6' 260lb stature is acceptable. It's isn't. You're not only soft, you're aggressive. And, you still don't understand my original post. When you put yourself out on a public forum you accept public feedback. Sorry for your loss.
