Absolute gold, thank you! What’s interesting is that the tail end of this video is valuable for any small business, consultant or salesperson

Thanks for the interview Reggie! As a small business owner people really don’t realize how much back end stuff there really is. Sharing your photography journey is awesome to hear and gain experience through you. My wife took a community college course on photography too. Got me into it as well. Keep sharing your story and your pictures of the fam.

@@Reggiebphoto Reggie I appreciate them! And so do others! I told my wife when we go back to French Polynesia I want to get a water case for our X-H2. Can you do a video on how your underwater/water setup would look like, in regards to recipes and white balance and that sort of thing? She loves your recipe from the X-T3/T4 video you did.

I’ve shot two weddings, one for a friend and one for family. I did it with no prior experience and I was very happy with the results I do however need practice on posing! I quiet liked the pressure of having to figure it out I did set expectations accordingly Thanks for the video

Thanks for sharing your life experience there's a lot of good info here. Literally struck gold! The part you mention being a creative and finding a way to contribute hits home for me, very respectable. Also great reference to Blairs Enn's Book I thought that was a fresh take on problem solving with clients.

Thank you for your passion and your servant leadership ways. I admire that you want to teach others be great so they can potentially unlock financial freedom. I have learned so much from you and another select few photographers on this platform. You all echo the same message - you have to put in the work . I understand completely how you feel after humbling yourself throughout your journey to get where you are today. Much respect and Keep trailblazing brother!

Very informational video. Really appreciate you putting your thoughts and experience out there. I just shot a wedding over the weekend and can totally relate to a lot of what was said regarding starting out. I think this might be my favorite video of yours. We also have similar backgrounds though I am in the IT field vs engineering.

100% these types of videos are under appreciated but glad you got something out of it. Which section was most helpful/relatable to you?

I have shot two weddings now and both were from friends asking me to do it for them. I definitely told them I have little experience doing so but they insisted that they liked my style. I also shoot weddings more as a documentary style. I am terrible at posing people because I never do photoshoots or anything. I normally just shoot street photography and document my life so it has never made me money before. I am editing the second wedding now and man I wish I quoted more haha. I wasn't the main photographer for the first wedding. I have been getting a lot of people (friends and family) asking me to shoot things for them lately though. I am not sure I would ever move to photography full time though I do very much enjoy it. I am kind of obsessed with the art though and I think taking on these odd jobs has made me better at it. Which I didn't expect. @@Reggiebphoto

@@Reggiebphoto you're welcome. Unfortunately I live in a small town. Not much going on here. If I lived in a bigger cily in the US I'd jump at the opportunity to be an assistant and learn that way. In my town I'd probably learn the wrong thing, lol. But you, with this video truly have been very helpful. So thanks again.
