Great job! You will get a better result if you are more consistent in your pacing on the 20-minute test (but you now know this). The first attempt is always the worst when you don't entirely know what to expect. PS Get a better fan - Wahoo or Vacmaster - as the cooler you can stay, the harder you will be able to pedal with a lower heart rate for same effort.

That’s awesome, thanks for the advice! I’ve been thinking about a new fan for a while…through winter I need a heater in that room it gets so cold but will take another look at the fans in the Xmas sales 😃 cheers 👍🏼👌🏼

Can you please measure the decibels of noise the zwift ride makes when in use? I think there are smartphone apps that measure it, Thanks

Sure! I’m away for the holidays and not back home until 29th December but can get it done then. I think the noise is coming from my pedals/cleats to be fair.

@gregdufeu no worries thanks man, i am looking to buy one myself but eant to know how much sound it makes when in use. Loads of youtubers review the zwift ride but there's no one who measured the decibles , to highlight how quiet or loud it is

@@JJH522I just bought Zwift Ride. Haven’t measured the decibels. But it is super quiet compared to Wahoo KICKR v5 paired to my road bike.
