Please note that I put chapters in the video so feel free to skip parts! Let me know if I should post whole races next time or if I should just do the same next time (First 5 Minutes of the Race, Last 500m of the Race)!!! Hope you guys enjoyed! Edit: Ps. I finally got connected to Zwift Power and it turns out I got into the 18th place!

Estou querendo comprar o sensor Magene para usar no app zwift, tenho uma esteira, vou colocar no meu tênis para medir a velocidade será que dá certo?

1.) You pushed 300 watts for a good while at the start, but you started that big effort too late. If you had done that right off the start line, you would have had a much better chance of making the front group. The first minute is really important, as you saw in this race. The field was already split into many groups by 1:08. 2.) I agree with other commentators that you can drop the rear video in the bottom right. 3.) Can't sit at the back of the group, man! Have to sit in the middle or second/third row as much as possible so you don't have to keep bridging gaps but also stay out of the wind. 4.) When you get dropped, just slow down and rest and wait for the next group to catch you. Do a big effort to get up to speed and draft them as they approach. No point going solo, the group behind will always catch you. 5.) solid sprint! If you can make it into-and stay in-the front group, and you get your timing right, that sprint can win you Zwift races. Good luck! (I'm not a real life racer, but I race on Zwift about once a week. I won a couple C races and got upgraded on Zwift power to B. Then I immediately started winning B races. It is all about conserving energy as much as possible and then spending it on the hills and the final sprint. I race people that ride at 3.9 or 4.0 w/kg and I only have 3.4 or 3.5, but I still beat them on the flatter courses like Crit City and volcano flat.)

You are really strong, just inexperienced. Watch some videos on racing tipps as it is all about tactics ...you definitely got the endurance and power. But you lost your motivation understandably when you lost the groups. Awesome that you found a goal again and wanted to beat Boyce, the rider in front of you, that’s what it’s all about. Never give up. Little goals accomplished have major effects. Great race!! Stay strong!!

what equipment you are using ?
@IgorGlushakov3 жыл бұрын
Hey! You have good sports data and good equipment. 3-4 years of regular training and progress is inevitable. With a sprint like yours (1000 W), there will be victories in Zwift, the main thing is that there is a desire to train. Good luck!

One tip... put everything into staying with groups if you might get dropped. The benefit is huge to the final result.

This is the 4th or fifth time watching this. How did you set up your swift. I want to do live stream, but not race, with the same set up like yours. How many cameras needed and how do you show your face on the screen and be a ble to read messages and communicate with viewers. Sorry I ask a lot. Thank you.
@HanzyBoii2 жыл бұрын
Hello mate sorry for the late reply! Been really busy with college hehe 1. For my Zwift, I used the TACX Flux 2 connected to my laptop. 2. This wasn't a livestream unfortunately, but you can use a laptop and download OBS (a streaming/screen recording software) while you Zwift! There are many tutorials here on KZbin on how to start a livestream :D

i would recommend setting up the best cooling set up you can if you haven't already, overheating can seriously hamper your performance.

about draft, when your avatar sits up you have draft, when it tucking down, you have no draft, on the TRON bike the avatar is tucking down all the time, so you don't know if you have draft. I think you are a strong ride, you are clearly a B rider and soon an A. Strong effort!
@danielaruffin21823 жыл бұрын
Buy a personal hotspot to always have steady internet connection for your races. You’re doing great. Also push hard 10 seconds on countdown with big wattage (400-500) to “catapult” out that starting pen and not be left behind.

Joining a race is good, but try to get some pacing cause you use too much energy. Work around your FTP. Advice for you join some category C ride 2.5 to 3.2 that's 190watt average.
