Girl you are hot!!! Trust me, check out Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid..zendaya!!! they’re so skinny but everyone loves their bodies and them 😎. I have that skinny Body type as well, and in the past i over ate and hated being skinny. Now I wish I never hated it and embraced it 😭 go to the gym to tone up and feel stronger but you DONT HAVE to gain weight to feel normal. Not everyone one has to be thick, I personally want to be skinny af but toned 👍

Analis I used to be super active and a healthy weight in high school because of all the sports and weightlifting I did. Now I’m out of high school for a couple years and I weight exactly 115. I’m skinnier than I ever been and I’ve been stuck in a rut, I want to gain so bad and get back in the gym. Hearing you started at 115 really helped me. Thank you

50% is your genetics/Natural response to muscle stimulus & hypertrophy / muscle fiber make up 20% is the way you work out /discipline/consistency form/ technique/ volume/ progressive overload 30% is nutrition/ diet and caloric intake End of story. We all love going on instagram and thinking if we do someones workout we'll look like them but that's not true. its about making the best out of what you have through your DNA. IT all comes down to the percentages above.

I'm in my second month of joining the gym, I got min 3x max 5x a week. I lift and jump rope or treadmill as cardio, I do an hour each time ad I am still trying on fixing my diet. today I went to go buy more gym clothes at the mall and I literally wanted to break down and cry in the changeroom because I hate my body. I feel like I'm wasting my time, that ill never lose 40 pounds that ill stay this big forever. my whole day was ruined and my younger sisters noticed which made me feel even worse. I want to keep going but I don't know what I'm doing wrong ad I'm starting to lose motivation...

I’m struggling to lose weight, I used to be very skinny and would be body shamed for being skinny but I always kept telling myself that I wanted to gain weight. And I did gain weight and not in a healthy way. I hope I can use this journey in a good way to help me be consistent with working out.

Eating is so hard for me 😩. I eat such small portions because if I don't I feel SOOOOO full and bloated. I watch your videos and other fitness beauties and I am so jealous when I see how much you guys eat. I can eat an apple and feel full. I eat a few spoonfuls of rice and chicken and I'm full 😩. Hey Ashley. I’m also Ashley but I go by ash. You might have a GI disorder if you bloat after barely eating. I have a severe GI disorder and I get full, sick and bloat so bad I look 8 months pregnant just from drinking too much water. Maybe we can help each other.

I do workouts from Krissy cela on Instagram and ashleigh jordan also on her Instagram videos ☺️ I created a plan for each day either leg day or arms etc. and started eating veggies and more healthy honestly. Eating is 80% of the results more than working out 💪🏻 I encourage you to start ! I honestly look forward to eating a healthy dinner and my workouts 🥰☺️👏🏻

The more I workout the more I notice my cramps going away. I now have cramps only on the first day and it’s barely. Also the bleeding has kinda decreased

When you’re eating at a calorie surplus, how do you make sure you don’t pack that extra fat into your stomach versus your legs? I’m scared about gaining weight or eating more because I don’t want to gain weight in my abdomen!

You can’t control where you gain fat- it’s all genetic. But you can control where you gain muscle by training your legs to get bigger. When you build muscle in a bulk you can then loose fat in a cut so you loose fat (in your stomach too) but your leg size will still be high cause of the muscle you built. It’s called body recomposition

As the person above me said it’s a about weight lifting and gaining muscle mass in the right places, like legs, glutes etc.. the extra calories that you are taking in will then be fuel for that muscle growth.. if you are just in a surplus without lifting weights and not making use of those extra calories, that’s when you are more likely to just gain belly fat.. even tho gaining a little bit of fat during surplus can’t be completely avoided. Going back into a caloric deficit can then help you strip some of that fat
