cutting caffeine was one of the hardest and still is things iv done ill do a separate video on that next.

Just watched episode 1. Was going to comment to cut out caffeine and spend the $50 a week from energy drinks on meat instead. Also be careful eating a can of tuna every day if you still plan to do that because you'll eventually build up too much mercury, stick to like 3 cans a week at most.

the caffeine detox was great i thought i was gonna die first day. now I will at most drink 1 70mg one on a saturday. tuna is my back up meal of oh shoot im still hungry lets make a sandwich. I am about to swap to pasta and ground beef as im sick of chicken and rice with black beans and chick peas.
