I am an international student and have got hired for a government job because I could work 40 hours till Dec 31, 2023. Now my employer wants my PGWP on or before Dec 31, 2023. My final semester exam result will be declared on Dec 22, 2023 and due to holiday season my university will give me the program completion letter around Jan 10, 2024. Can you please advise anything in this situation?? P.S - I have got my study permit extended until Aug 2024 even though I am graduating in Dec 2023

Komal mai na 3 months sa online submit ki howi ha application work permit k liye flagpoling k liye nhi jata ho online hi rehanai daita ho kia us surat m b mujhai interveiw daina parai ga workpermit k liye k online hi proved ho jaye ga

My concern is that if they refuse my spouse open work visa then what will happen to my visitor visa? Will they let me enter canada on behalf of visitor visa or they cancel it and send me back to india?

Yes You can do that too, But make sure you consult some authorize person as I am not authorized person so but as much As i know you can :)

If you have worked more hours Do not go for flag polling option. they might create trouble.
