My footage contribution to NINE's "What A Year" 1980

Back in 2007 NINE ran a retrospective TV series called "What A Year" hosted by Bert Newton and Julia Zemiro which the show reflecting on the key events that happened during a year in the past. I was contacted by the show's producer who wanted some old ads/promos from my collection which he saw on my KZbin channel, of the many clips I supplied, these two clips made it to "What A Year" 1980, one being a Tooheys beer commercial and the other a promo for TEN's Eyewitness News.

interesting, i would've thought they wouldn't bother contacting you since you don't own the copyright? either the original producers of the commercials do or its lapsed into public domain. I've had a few of my uploaded ads used on tv, can't even remember what it was on now, the project or something i think, they didn't contact me first, not that i really care lol.
