I highly recommend the gt wing for the foxbody. It doesn’t allow leaves or dirt to get trapped under it!

Check out The Infamous Project's quarter window restoration video. That and repaint the rest of the plastic with some SEM trim black and it'll be a million bucks. That paint turned out real nice

Amazing save on the paint! Dull to mirror...that work takes an experienced craftsman, and I'm not so sure that just anyone could learn it! Here's a hint on reinstalling the wing...run a strip of rubber gasket material, probably 3/8" wide by 1/32 to 1/16 thick around the wing perimeter, where it touches the trunk lid. This will keep the collection of mud from forming. You can find the gasket material, with adhesive on one side, from a number of sources.

Thats why I chaulked around my wing so stuff couldn't get under it. That dirt under spoiler sucks because heat expands wing and contracts when cold which grind dirt into paint

My current vehicle is onyx gloss black and quicksilver down the center of the sides with 90's Galvanized steel painting and metal coating process so it has the clear coat peeling off and the grey primer spots on one side and the passenger side looks really good actually compared to the Dr side go figure anyways and it has rust around the wheel wells and the rockers so I have not even bothered to try to clean it up and make it look better.. it's a early 94 Chevy K1500 extended cab Silverado short bed Z71.

Oh yeah another thing that makes my truck look like crap is the filler panel under the grille got busted and the kid blocked the center of the grille up with a scrap block of treated lumber and took all the side molding off the truck and the front bumper but left the rear.and I need to touch up the Silverado Chevrolet band badge on the tailgate the letters are faded.

Big improvement over before buff out. A fender blanket would have saved the fender. Two reasons I never own a black vehicle again. What you just displayed here on your video and the summer heat. Black cars and trucks get hotter than I care for. But you made it look proud.

Looked like your hardwork paid off,its much more shiny.but seriously get some paint stripper and get all that shoddy black out off the stainless!!!looks crappy with all that peeling.if you like the black look i get that, but get it done proper i dont know if powdercoating can be done to it or some black anodizing plating could be done.then go that route but if not go back to stainless look.im old school i like chrome and shiny things.but im slowy warming up to cerkotes and other colors besides nickle n chrome.otherwise looks sharp.keep her between the lines!!!!snooky pa.
