I wouldn't say Garnacho "has" to start the next match. The way EtH has subbed on and off players in every match, it looks like pre-planned minutes management giving Amad/Garnacho 70/20 alternating. Maybe Garnacho will score off the bench but Amad is almost certainly still first choice in EPL with Garnacho getting mid-week fixtures, moving forward.
