She's not your friend she tries to steal your BF when the guy she was dating saw her doing her BS he choose to go before he gets hurt a little but to much. You're right she's not her friend but one thing about it when you nip things in the butt you don't have to keep repeating yourself so since she did that hopefully that will take care of all that foolishness and who does that to their friend touching and sitting up on their friends husband that doesn't make him she's so out of order and a man is uncomfortable she needs to shut that down and I hope she did

The only thing you could have done better, OP, was talk to her in private after that 2nd gathering. She obviously wanted your husband and wasn't too shy about it either. Also, what people say when they're drunk is usually what they really think. Good thing Rowan is a good guy, but losing her as a friends is probably going to make your marriage easier in the long run, without her hanging all over your husband.
