Drinking too much of water will caused excessive water to your lungs. Its good to drink water but not too much. Everything should be taken moderately .

They force him to look in her eyes and then when he finally does, they tease him about it. He went right back to looking away. I do like this show but sometimes they're not the most sensitive. Eye contact can be hard for people even with good self esteem, it's not something you should force.

It's bad because your kidneys can't filter too much water in one sitting. The excess water gets absorbed into the cells and too music water in the cells causes them to expand. Which is normally okay since the muscle and tissue are flexible but very dangerous for the brain. The brain is surrounded by the cranium, which is your skull and it can't expand. This causes brain damage and sometimes death. Also, consuming too much water can alter your pH levels which can make you very sick. Hopefully this is understandable. 😊

Excessive thirst could actually be a symptom of diabetes, he should definitely go to a doctor to get it checked. Its dangerous to drink so much water because u lose electrolytes.

true. when I had anorexia, i didnt have a body dysmorphia/ didn't have a really intense one at least. I think my anorexia stemmed from feeling like im a horrible human being (me and my best friend that time argued and never got back together. I was disgusted by my actions and yeaaaa.)

He really needs to work with his doctor that he sees regularly to wean himself off such high amounts of water and caffeine so that he doesn't suffer severe withdrawal symptoms. Hopefully he'll also see a psychologist or therapist of some sort because it sounds like he has body dysmorphia from being fat for so long and enduring all the things things those nasty classmates said/ did to him. He's obviously handsome and he clearly doesn't see that (he might also have saggy skin from such a big weight loss so that could contribute to being unconfident).That is not something that will go away easily even if he does get down to a healthy baseline physically.

Drinking too much water can lead to water intoxication (hyponatremia). There’s only so much liquid, (yes even water) that your kidney can flush out. The main thing is that your sodium levels are responsible for balancing fluids in your body, if you drink too much water it goes from your blood to your cells. These cells will swell up and, worst case scenario, your brain will start swelling. He needs to stop and let his body rest or else he’ll start having seizures and end up in a coma. He needs serious help.

Classic case of too much of a good thing is bad for you. I think that he needs help on several fronts. Firstly a nutritionist or a trainer who's a certified nutritionist to help him with his weight issues and to learn a healthier way to eat and keep fit. Then he needs counseling for his issues with his trauma due to bullying because of his weight and also to have a more balanced mindset. There's no quick fix for this. It's going to take work to wean him off his water and coffee addiction and it's also going to take a lot of time and effort to work through his issues so that he doesn't relapse back into using coffee and water as a coping mechanism.

i feel so bad for him :( i know his reason and all but he has to know the shakiness and the passing out and the excessive peeing is obviously telling him his kidneys might shut down. drinking too much water will stress your kidneys out and cause bad damage. it’s not good to have too much of anything i hope he could limit his amount to maybe at most 4 liters a day.
