10:53 I just wanted to point out here, that Rin and Len are actually NOT canonically siblings. Crypton actually chose not to give them a canon relationship on purpose so that fans could choose for themselves what they wanted it to be. That's the reason you see alot of shipping between them, but then other times they're siblings (not that there isn't incest out there but, most Rin/Len fans I've met don't consider them siblings). THAT being said, I like the video. The powerpoint was fantastic!!

Tuning is like this: Inside the voicebanks there's individual .wav files of people going like "kaaa" "kiii" "kuuu" "kehh" "kohh", these are called phonemes The voicebank also has data on the wav files so it knows where the sound goes from "kkkkk" to "aaaaa" and other stuff Tuning is then a couple of things you do with these sounds before they're compiled into a full song: A big thing is sound choice, crazy is spelled "crazy", but pronounced more like "kreizi", and since japanese has fewer sounds than english, you'd have to do "kᵘreiji" You can stretch the beginnings or ends of the phonemes to make it sound more natural "that's pretty cool" => "za ti su pu ri ti ku ru" vs "zatsᵘ pᵘriiiiti kuurᵘ" And then you have your parameters for all sorts of things, the main ones are: vibrato, which turns "Aaaaaaaaaaaaa" into "aaaᵃᵃᵃᵃᵃᵃ𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺aaaaaaᵃᵃᵃᵃaaaaᵃᵃᵃᵃᵃ𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺𝖺" pitch deviation, which just makes the voice higher or lower without actually changing the note breathiness, which devoices and kinda makes it a whisper and growl, which makes the characters sound 𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕪 anyways that's mostly it, yeah :D

16:37 In V4 theirs this little arrow in the bottom left corner of the the window, you click on it, and now you can edit, pitchbends, growl bends, gender bends, tension and all of that. In Vocaloid 6, tuning is mostly done via pitch bends, but it works differently, instead in V6 you have Presets. Also Tuning in Vocaloid 4 and transfering your tuning to Vocaloid 6 can be done very easily. And using UTAFormix, you could also tune in V6 and port it to V4. I'd say it's easier to tune in V4. But that's my preference

Something I would like to point out: All of the cryptonloids' ages, relations to each other, and appearances are official. NOT canon. This means that just because crypton (the creators) potrays them as these things and these ways, it does not mean that the producers (or the audience in general) has to. And they rarely do. This is why in some songs you will see the vocaloids being lovers, in others you will see the same ones being family, and in others they don't know eachother at all. This is why in some songs you'll see the vocaloids as adults, in other songs as children, and in others as teenagers.
