Sir, I buy wheat grains from local grocery shop..then take it to the "chakki" to grind. The chakki is in the neighbourhood of my locality. The aroma & taste of freshly grind "chakki" flour is very flovourful.

Same here doctor. Instead of chapati i eat ragi mudde. (Ball). Every day 3 to 4 spoons of ghee. I love ghee.i drink tulasi Or ginger tea. I do yoga pranayama. I am fit doctor.

1 tablespoon per glass of warm water. Once per day. It helps for digestion , to assimilate nutritions from food better and it helps from bloating also.
