My Full Moon Ritual: For Manifestation, Energy Cleansing and More!

Once again, I am super excited about sharing this topic! And I am in Hawaii, one of the most sacred places on this whole beautiful earth for me. This island teaches me and has taught me some of my most different, important, painful and incredible lessons in my life. This episode is about the full moon and everything that she has taught me. Yessss love this!!! I have some things that happen within my body such as extreme ringing in my ears (very loud). After many years of having it, there was a few times maybe i was in the car and noticed a fullmoon. After noticing several more times when it happened it was a fullmoon I then got intrigued. During a fullmoon my anxiety is heightened. Now this is stuff you just dont feel comfortable talking to your pastor about if you're Christian like me. I always felt even mentioning the full moon then I was sinning. However, God made the moon, and that glorious moon controls the tides in the ocean that God created. If it can do that it can have affects in us too. So loved this podcast so much Rach! Thank you.

The moon affects me so much, I normally sleep for England but am totally wired before a full moon, 6 cans of Red Bull wired and no, it's definitely not from the light. I've finally decided to work with it instead of hiding from it (I mean literally hiding from seeing a full moon! Like a crazy lady) I now have an app 52%waxing gibbous at the moment!! I'm going to figure out what is going on. Super interested in this topic.

1. I'm so glad that you are talking about this. It is so important. Living in rhythm with the cycle of the earth and your own cycle makes you more grounded and balanced. 2. My friends and I also try to have a ritual gathering where we release things. We are all students studying to be Naturopathic Physicians and even though we are crazy stressed and crazy busy with all that comes along with med school, we try to take time to be mindful. It's amazing how much it has affected my life. 3. Our menstrual cycles are the 4 seasons. Spring, summer, fall and winter. It's cool to try and live in the season of your own cycle.

My mother always said that I was fascinated with the moon when I I was a little girl, she even nicknamed me "moon" lol miss my mother, she passed in 2019.
