Links below!! Hey Loves, Here is my full relaxed hair wash, detangle and moisturize routine/regimen to stop hair shedding and breakage. I'll be using my favorite shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner as I go through my exact hair wash day routine. I like to wash my hair every weekend or bi-weekly and I'm able to achieve salon quality results right at home! I also included my regimen to stop hair shedding and breakage for long, thick and healthy relaxed hair. I've shared my favorite/best products for my simple relaxed hair regimen including my favorite Shampoo, Deep Conditioner, Leave In Conditioner, Flat Iron, Blow dryer, Brush and Combs. I noticed you said silicon mix is a protein DC....Its my holy grail moisturizing DC for me. Amazing how products behave differently on different hair. Lovely Results!!

Hi Aquila! Thank you so much my love! Silicon Mix contains mostly Keratin and Keratin is a protein, thats why it strengthens the strands. I know there are diff versions of SM but you are right, it will also add moisture because of the extra ingredients. Thanks for tuning in! 😁❤️💕

Do you use the protein conditioner every time you was your hair? I think it was called silico? I’m not familiar with that brand. Nice video 😍

Hey Marie! Yes girl! If your hair is dry you may need to just use the moisturizing conditioner, but it you have breakage, then you want to use the silicon mix on the ends. I added the link in the description. 💛

Yes, I wrap it with a satin bonnet cap every night. Or if I don’t feel like wearing the bonnet. I will sleep on a satin pillow case.

Hello there! Thanks for watching! I use Treseme Anti frizz serum (sold on Amazon and target) I do use protein every wash day but I also mix it with the moisturizing treatment. My ends never get dry or brittle, it’s a healthy balance because of the combination and use of salon quality products used. 😃

Thank you Ruby! Yes, you are supposed to rinse it out but i leave it in and it doesnt make my hair feel oily or greasy at all. You never want to watch 100% of the conditioner out of your hair anyway. 😁💕

Hey love, it all depends on your hair status. Every week if your scalp and hair have dandruff, grease or sweat. Otherwise, every 2 weeks.
