That poor little thing was absolutely terrified. But Bailey is such a big gentle sweetheart, the rabbit soon learned to relax a little. It may take a while though. Dogs are usually predators to rabbits, and all the rabbit wanted to do was flee and hide. I agree with others on here, it may be a good idea to get another bunny to keep him company.

I remember one night it was pouring hard outside, and I heard a kitten crying. I ended up bringing it in to take care of it. My dog saw it and got really depressed because she thought we were replacing her with something younger and adorable. I gave the kitten away to a family friend and my dog was super happy to be the only animal

They have to do it to become closer and both recognize themselves as family members, was the same when i had a puppy cat and my dog, we had to do the same at the beggining and at the beggining the dog acted like he wanted to eat it but after they even slept together, people say cats and dogs hate each other but its all about the raising, they were like brothers
