Not really convinced about the zeus set up, because the labyrinth wall shadow says "Monsters cannot attack the turn they are summmoned, expect monsters whose original level is 5 or higher." and because of the fact that xyz monsters use "ranks" instead of "levels" to declare of what level they are, even if you make an xyz with a higher rank than 5, you cannot attack with it the turn you summmoned it, making it hard to make zeus.

I really hope that at some point in the future we can get retrains of Dungeon Worm and Monster Tamer which If printed with the needed effects can help fix the decks weaknesses.

genuinely curious, what weaknesses are you talking about? so far I've been running into an occasional brick here in there in test plays like opening up with too many pieces but I haven't taken it out to locals yet so don't know what else to look out for

@@tylerdurden8270Monster effect negation (not just targeted negation)and spell/trap recovery for their awesome back row and a banishing effect against the opponent would be great when facing those can’t be destroyed by battle or card effect monsters(I don’t use Kaijus)Dungeon Worm and Monster Tamer could each cover these.Besides that we just…need them to complete the archetype 😁

@@joelirizarry4517 copy that. thx for the heads up! also I don't really like to run Kaiju's either but I made an exception for kumongous. he's low enough in attack that any of your fusion gate guardians can go over him, and the best part is he is level 7 so you can use sacred sword of seven stars to pitch him and draw 2 in case your hand has to many bricks 😎

Well, there are multiple cards that almost imply there is more than one labyrinth wall card instead of just the feild spell

He doesn't , he just threw this together honestly. There's no way this is playable in the deck and is just taking up space. People don't even hide they don't read cards anymore hahaha that's funny :0 xD

Definitely made it sound like he knew what he was talking about. I couldn’t follow what he was saying when knight was on field and getting those 2 monsters in the banish some how. And then using tank to put one in zone and then “if” you had another piece in hand special summoning… can’t do that only monster to be able to special summon using pieces in hand/graveyard is the combined. Having 2 pieces of each makes it so brick worthy as well. Be better off having fusion deployment so you’re less likely to brick. Having 2 of wind May be okay so you have more options for dumping with souls though. Otherwise souls becomes a brick in hand as well

I don’t even use dark guardian. I just use the dark element… helps recovery and alittle more consistency.

disappointed Monster Tamer and Dongeon Worm didn't get retrains and maybe cards that float to come classic cards like Labyrinth Wall or Labyrinth Tank

Fusion deployment, it’s a way better and useful card for Gate Guardian than Souls and wayyyyy cheaper. Although I get how souls can be useful, but it’s better in a DM deck so you can get the full benefit of Souls when it’s used

A Hero Lives and Prisma. You can also add Shadow Mist and Mask Change to go into a surprise Dark Law in case you don't need Prisma.
