I got scammed for my genshin acc and e mailed hyv! It’s such a pain to lose your account, glad you got yours back. I sent the form a few days ago so im waiting for a response

I got hacked but I’ve filled out 3 forms and got declined every single time so unfortunately I don’t see me getting it back, at least anytime soon. The customer support is pretty bad.
