Google them; search DAAD , or just type "Universities in Germany for Environmental Science". Then check the requirments on these universities.

@@jephthahessilfie4069 I got admitted in a university in Germany (Master's of Chemical engineering) and I will start my studies this winter semester. Check the DAAD (it has almost all universities in one place ) and normal research about that particular programme you want to study. Then be careful with with requirements, collect all the necessary documents and see if they ask to send the docs by post or just online application. All the best!

This is very weird. I wasn't asked any of these questions at all. The employee asked unrelated questions, was very mean, yelled at us, talked to us in a condescending manner and threatened to not allow us to apply ever again. She refused to allow some applicants to process their papers even though they were correct and they showed her the check-list the embassy provides, but she still said I don't want to. We were very humiliated and traumatized for no logical reason whatsoever.

@@الشبحالاسورة I am Lebanese. I applied from Lebanon, and the employee is Lebanese. You have no idea how much rude she was. She even refused to let another applicant apply because he did not bring with him his high school degree, even though he is applying to a master's program and the check-list does not require the high school degree in such a case. She simply destroys the future of people for no logical reason whatsoever. My university starts on Monday (after two days), and I haven't received a response yet from the embassy regarding my student visa. We can't even call them. They leave the answering machine to say that they are closed, even though they are open, and they never respond to emails. Life is not fair at all when your future depends on the mood of an employee.

That's not possible unless you have permanent residence in that country. For example, if you have 3 months schengen visa in Spain, you will have to go back to your country and apply for students visa for Germany.
