I will only add that I have a permanent job as an ambulance driver for a hospital and I earn around €2,500 netto per month, and that I live in a 55 m2 apartment.

It is possible to get married here (some do it in Denmark because its faster there). But after the wedding she will have to return and apply for the family reunion visa from Ghana. Since you are from Poland (EU), she doesn't have to get the German A1. She will be exempted. The salary and the apartment look great the application.

Hi David, I would like to ask, please. Is this process the same thing for those who are studying on scholarship? E.g. DAAD Scholarship which also allows for bringing in your wife/husband and/or kids while they also pay them a stipend as well. I know emphasized financial proof but in this case, where the DAAD German Scholarship is sponsoring the student and the family member (wife) is this whole process the same? I don't know if you have any information with regard to that, please?

It means, you share the kitchen and the toilet with someone but you have your own living space or bedroom which should be at least 24sqm. You should also have a contract from the landlord direct.

The 90days contract is it during holidays or doing regular school period? So does it means I will not be able to work again because would have exceeded the working hours as a student

@@brownayodele7191 if the application fall within the holiday period then, its all good. I did the 90 days from December to February. I don't know if all are considered to be the Christmas holidays because I continued to work a part time job with no problems. The best time to start the 90 days contract is when you book the interview. If not, go with part time job plus blocked account like I said.

Yes, so far as you have a residence permit, sufficient housing and enough finance to support both of you, that is enough to bring your Partner to Germany.
