The dub voice acting was excellent in this episode especially with the scene of Naruto finally meeting his father. Maile Flanagan really killed it in that scene with Naruto’s outburst. You could really feel the emotions that Naruto was going through. The final hit against Pain was also satisfying with Naruto using strategic moves and the rasengan. I love this arc so much.

my theory about the scroll is that he uses the scroll to summon the clones close to him and immediately go into sage mode, whereas if he were to release the clone jutsu when the clones are at myoboku it would take a considerable ammount of time for the nature energy to get to him since it takes months to get to get myoboku from konoha on foot.

Madara lied about it because otherwise sasuke wouldnt just blame the village, he would blame Madara as well, because the village suspected the uchiha may hav had a hand in the attack leading to the further mistreatment of uchiha and the coup, then the massacre. Spoiler about 9 tails & Madara: It's actually funny that Obito's speech to Sasuke is still kindaaaa accurate about using the 9 Tails. It was Obito, using Madara's name speaking to Sasuke. At the time, he was still using the "mask" of Madara. And in Madara's story, he really did just use the 9 tails against Hashirama. Obito's the one who summoned 9 tails 16yrs ago. So...Obito's story still had inaccuracies including how Madara was initially against forming an alliance with Senju, but that 9 tails part is still accurate hahaha

Hey Carson, how cool would it have been if starwars went with the original story where Luke turns to the dark side after trying to learn more about his father, and Leia has to save him with her very different than his powers (kinda messed up since shes a politician and she can control your thoughts lol) and then we could learn about the old republic instead of naboo and queen amidala. Also it always annoyed me that they have to make new ships for every movie, they have huge books of ships and droids, but they threw it all away... like in the prequels they could have put the “headhunter” in the movie, which is the ship that the rebels modified into the x-wing... instead we got pod racing... oh and maybe we could start a starwars story on a planet that's not all desert?

I feel like it's because Minato loved Kakashi like an adopted child, and he wanted the focus to be on Naruto, right then. Jiraiya was a parent, but it's the natural order for parents to die before you. Not children. Minato may have been okay- he talked to Kakashi, and seemed calm enough, after Obito died. But- he knew Obito for less time. He was still in enemy territory, and couldn't risk surpressing his emotions. With Kakashi dead? That's. . Really, really bad. He had limited time with Naruto, and grieving his first son's death may not have seemed like the way to go.

The movies by themselves can't make justice to all the greatness in the characters, even in ep 4 Vader is just "the bad guy" (and not even the main one), the audiovisual language is not something Lucas handles good. And I agree, the first two Disney movies were on point.
