There are some strong inflationary drivers looming up on the near horizon including some likely tariff driven trade wars, the loss of a lot of our cheap domestic labor pool through mass deportation, and quite possibly another logistically disruptive pandemic (bird flu this time), all of which could drive gold and silver prices up nominally by driving the dollars needed to buy the metals substantially down. It's not really that gold and silver are actually going to go up so much as simply hold steady while the dollar and the economy burn down around us with the fires of inflation.

I think it could go up to $3500; a lot of countries struggling on the other side of the pond in Europe & the UK, both the Euro and the Pound doing terribly and losing value all the time. Could see a lot of Brits & Europeans move into gold to preserve their wealth rather than into the USD. Also, if Trump doesn't follow through on the whole 'Bitcoin reserve' idea, could see a lot of people move from Bitcoin into gold. Of course some of the bad news could be offset by some good news such as Trump actually following through on ending these wars we have, but that will cause a bit of a selloff in gold if that happens. So could go either way really!

The latest news I heard is that after September, stocks will fall, but they will rise again and fall permanently in 2 years for a long time.I don't agree, however, that after the September drop, stocks have potential.The dollar has started to fall by then, I believe.
