🧡Hello! 🙋‍♀️Let's bake a delicious and tender cake together!🥰
💛4 eggs.
💙add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
💚100gr (1/2 cup) sugar.
🧡Add to the proteins, leaving a few spoonfuls.
💛Beat well with a mixer.
💜Add the remaining sugar to the egg yolks and beat with a 🧡mixer until the mixture lightens.
💚100 g (1/2 cup) water at room temperature.
💙130gr (1/2 cup+2 tbsp) flour.
💛2-3 tablespoons of delicious cocoa, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanillin optional.
💙Mix until smooth.
🧡Now carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
💜Don't forget to turn on the bell so you don't miss my new recipes.🙏
💙Bake at 180 C (350 F) for 40 minutes.
💛2 eggs, 50 grams (4 tbsp ) sugar, 3 tablespoons starch, 150 grams (3/4 cup) condensed milk.
💙250 g (1 cup+3 tbsp) milk.
💚Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens. cool completely.
💜Let the cake cool and cut it in half.
💚Soak with sweetened milk if desired.
💚Add 200 g (1 cup) butter at room temperature.
🧡Add vanilla and mix. Add cooled cream.
💛Assemble the cake.
🧡Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
💜3 tablespoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
💚cook over low heat.
💙Decorate and serve the cake.
