I didnt have all the ingredients because times are hard but my cake still came out exactly like yours anyways thank you for your recipe... I just used what i had which was cane sugar instead of granulated which im surprised worked... and i had no buttermilk so i just used milk and sour cream... But to my surprise the texture of my cake was spot on to yours, i cant afford groceries and all these ingredients were mainly from wic and canned food drives, so my family is proud to have a different cake to try for mothers day, thanks ❤

I haven't ever tried it so I can't say for sure. I have made it in a bundt pan with success. I'm not sure all of the batter would fit in a single loaf pan though. If you do try it I would love to know how it goes. :)

Way too sweet. I cut sugar by one third and still was a lot. Cake tasted just regular nothing unusual. It wasn't extra moist or nothing like that. 3 tsp of baking powder made it rise too much in the center.
