@@lovesred3844 have tried those, literal trash, i used to gulp down 3 at a time for a while before going to bed, didn't change anything, sometimes something stronger is needed, i was on something called remeron for almost a year but then we discovered it was also given as an antidepressant so i stopped taking It, it took me six months to find myself again after that. Even a seemingly harmless thing like that can warp you and get you addicted, must be careful with everything! Yeah, lack of sleep SUCKS!!!

This idea of never sleeping is a terror, if I go two nights without any, by day three I’m completely a different person. Angry, volatile, bursts of rage and physical harm. I’ve been on sleep meds for years. They get me to sleep, but I have to take them again 4 hours later when I inevitably wake up damn near each night. It’s a fate worse than death. I can relate to grandpa, only I don’t see the insomniacs.

There is a idk if you'd call it a disease but it's a fatal insomnia. I saw a documentary on it a cpl mnths ago. I'll have to look into it, because its going to drive me nutty not remembering the name and details of it. I do know it eventually causes psychosis and eventually death after many mnths

I'm 14 and I always try to be respectful and nice to mine sometimes I get annoyed obviously but I dont say anything I just let it go.
