Wish I could give you a big hug. I’m so so sorry for your loss and so sorry you’re so sad right now. My grandpa died back in 2002 and I still occasionally have dreams about him. In every one of those dreams he comes home and my brothers and sister and I are like “OMG WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??? we missed you so much!!!” And he’s like, “I’m sorry I had to leave for a while but I’m back!” And he gives us a thumbs up, which is what he used to do when he got home from work late. He was the closest thing we had to a father as well. I was glad when he died though because he was suffering. He had been on a feeding tube for a long time and couldn’t eat or drink. Don’t feel guilty for wanting him to pass, no one deserves to suffer that way and I know for a fact he didn’t want you to see him like that. And damn you are brave and SO strong for being there with him. I didn’t do that for my grandpa. Because I couldn’t handle it. I’m thinking about you, hang in there and give your daughter some cuddles. It’ll help. 🖤🖤

I lost my mother in 2016 and it still feels like it was yesterday. Grief isn't something you get over, you gradually learn to integrate it into your life. We are not the same people we were before they died. I wont sugar coat and tell you everything will be ok, it won't be for a long time. You be kind to yourself. Remember to eat and drink, because I didnt and ended up in the hospital for a week. Take all the time you need and come back when it feels right for you. HUGS.

Oh, babe. I'm so sorry for your loss. The loss of a mother is a particularly cruel experience.

Welcome Back. Weird but I just had my favorite brother Roland who just passed age 58 suddenly it’s very challenging to get back into routine and especially behind a camera but also I found talking about it to be therapeutic especially on video

All the love to you and your family. It really is so hard to watch our loved ones suffer. I hate that you had to go through it. ❤ Take all the time you need. Grief is different for everyone and path we sadly go through. Do what you need to do, we'll be here

Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable. I have just spent the past month caring for my step mom as she passed, watching my father as he witnessed her passing. All of the feelings you have shared, I felt too. And I have been unable to function since her death. Tears and grief come in waves, then total fatigue and an inability to organize my thoughts or time. So, I really get it...hugs to you. Grief is like walking on a sideways planet...everything is off kilter. Be gentle with yourself.

Sending love to you & your family 💓 it sounds like your relationship with your grandfather was really similar to mine, I grew up with him as my father & we were so close so I understand your pain✨ but honestly believe me, time heals everything🌸
