PRP should be done after your first 6 months of PE and then depending on how much you believe in it, every 3-6 months after the fact On paper the more often the earlier in your PE career the better return on investment. But I don't want to say that's a reccomendation just major speculation

I have doing pumping AM and PM and that dilation lasts 2 to 4 hours So if you time your routines right you be swollen practically all day in place of elongation

@@arjunpackagani5855 upward curve hits a woman’s g spot like crazy. I would never want to lose mine. Makes me a bit shorter on the ruler but it’s a superpower in bed as far as I’m concerned. Just my two cents. If you want to lessen it, an extender like the Restorex that has a hinge will allow you to angle downward mid-shaft to adjust that curve over time.

The unfortunate thing is that most men simply won't be able to apply low tension or edging for 2-6 hours a day. The only option I could see for myself is a very low pressure pump state held for a time while sleeping. The question is that if this state is low enough pressure to allow for long term wear (natural perfusion of blood) is it necessarily too low tension to create the intended effect. Even 2inHg for 2 hours straight can't be very healthy.

I'd never do any pe during sleep. Good sleep > anything else. Also you get erect alot during sleep if you're healthy so body is kind of doing pe by itself.

Blisters take at least 10 days to heal And consider using tape instead of the water or lotion method

So I have also tried with a condom on, did help. I use the large bell cap and Is a snug fit. I Greatly appreciate all your videos, your knowledge, and hard work you put in to help so many people. I found an ADS that can pull up to 5lb of tension. Would I get more gains from this when I do retention? Or do you recommend something that stays under 1 pound or at 1 pound?

No that much weight would lead to fatigue However, you can use that in place of hanging and then use it at a lower tension for the rest of the day

What are your thoughts on expansion pumping for sets then just dropping the pressure to around 1-2hg for like an hr after the last set? It would keep it expanded some but allow for blood flow I think.

You are looking for a pump sleeve and a ball stretcher to add some padding to the bottom and keeping your testes away from the opening

It would be hard to correlate effectiveness like that Vibration will increase rate of gain for all exercises Extenders and manual stretching would have a similar effect time and weight being equal
