Ok so the pigtail fixed the issue? I’m having high voltage issues with a brand new battery brand new alternator and a brand new starter. And all was a waste of money

No. Previous owner had it replaced under waranty when the AC compressor went bad and a bolt snapped off in the block. So its a gen2 with maybe a few thousand miles on it.
