Mike, does the meditation ( chewing, regurgitating the Word/ Promise of God ) of the Word also applies to exterior things ( not connected to our own body parts) ? Such as our family’s health/ healing, mental restoration, financial source etc?

Jesus said out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, and our actions come from our heart (Matthew 12:33-35 and 15:18-19) so what ever you have filled your heart with through meditation, the corresponding action will come forth. This truth Jesus applied to the individual, not collectively, in other words, what the cow eats will effect him directly not the other cows in the herd unless they are eating the same thing and processing it the same way.
