I can't believe our guppies had babies! We made sure they are safe to grow up into adults, and we also got more females so they can breed more. You know what that means... MINI POND COMING SOON!

Within 4 weeks the female guppy babies can get pregnant. They also can continue to give birth every month for 6 months once they're pregnant even without any males around. All live bearers are like that. So glad you guys are getting ready to explode in the KZbin market. You're both very likeable and it make watching your videos fun.

There is a easier way to get your fry boys, make a fry trap out of water bottle. It works. I do it. It's less stressful on the fish. It's not good to the babies in the beedee net for to long. Get some pre filter covers. My babies do just fine with a strong current

Put Mollies in the guppy tank and you'll get some really fancy looking guppy molly hybrids.

That will die and not be able to Reproduce an they would only live for a short time

@@matthewaquarium3408 Hybrid vigor is a thing you know? Also the lack of reproduction is a very minor drawback in any community livebearer tank. Not every livebearer in the tank needs to be breedable. Also the lifespan of a healthy molly guppy hybrid is anything between 2 - 4 years. Not bad considering a guppy lives only for 2.

Guppy babies are so small! I’ve got two sets, litters whatever they’re called. It’s awesome, I’ve got thirty in both sets of fry

I would suggest a Tetra 3 gal cube tank to put babies in to grow out Or any 2 gallon or three . You could also add " Guppy grass" for them to hide until they are bigger . You can put a ladies stocking " Toe part" over the filter so they don't get sucked up. I have 3 female silver Mollies that have babies left and right . They eat some...😕 CONGRATS on babies 👍 Babies should not be released until they are bigger than the biggest fish mouth in your tank .

The is a floating plant commonly called Hornwort that has leaves that look like pine needle with branches. It is an excellent hiding place for guppy fry. If you float it in your guppy tank fewer of the fry will be eaten.

No..... They will be different from each other because they aren't pure strain and over mixing guppies can result to peing plain to no pattern at all

Grind the flakes into powder like suuuupperrr small powder dust, I feed my guppy babies the Betta flake medley brand because the flakes are already small so it’s easier to grind into powder with your fingers! Mine had babies too like 2 days after I got them ! I made a guppy and female Betta sorority after you guys did!

$2.98 at Wal-Mart, you could buy more there. Also try to find first bites for the babies or start your live brine shrimp. I've got about the same amount.

Y’all don’t have to take my suggestion but I would fill the tank up more because they are so many in that little breeder net so they all have enough room especially when they get bigger. Also just another suggestion it’s better for them if you set up like a 10 gallon tank with a sponge filter to put them in more room is better. Not telling y’all what to do just my suggestions. There is this stuff you can buy called tetra safe start that you can buy to start your 10 gallon so you can put them in right away if y’all choose to do it. Good luck you guys. :-)

Been watching since 3.5 k subs I’m not even lying like deadass love your vids love the betta sorority tank you inspired me to start one and I currently have 3 female Berta’s 1 is a elephant ear and the other 2 are babies growing up so I’m not sure but also have 5 tetras, 3 Cory catfishes 2 are albino and 1 African dwarf frog

I would suggest putting the pregnant females in the breeder net so once the give birth, the babes are already in the net. then you can just remove the females.

So exciting seeing the tank grow and grow! Please still do a female betta tank. They just needs lots of places to hide as female bettas are territorial and their hierarchy changes, from what I have been reading and watching expert videos. ✌

Dont get that betta tank they have its just cruel get a 4 gallon for one male betta but as im 14 i know its hard getting tanks and start with aquarium fish but i have 16 tanks now😂 but a betta isnt a god starter fish. The best way you can start with fish is you get fishes that dont need heaters just like get a 10 gallon with a hang on back fikter and a led light and only live plants do mutch reasertch and get some guppys. Im from sweden so sorry for my english! By the way guppys dont lay eggs as he said...thay are live breeders

I'm 13 as well I started with a goldfish who lived about 7 years then died and I got bored of fish for awhile but now I'm back and I have 5 tanks, a 55 gallon tank with 2 common Roach Fish my dad had for God knows how long, i have a 20 gal guppy/tetra/cory cat tank, I also have a 5 gallon tank with 1 betta and 3 mini cory cats and a temporary 3 gallon tank for a new betta I have until my 5 gallon gets here tomorrow. I also have 3 birds that like to crap in my 55 gallon tank soooo

You should use a small jar or something similar to that to collect the fry. Not a net as it can cause damage to them being as they're so small and fragile

I did d the little breeder net thing for awhile. IMHO they are cheaply made, are a pain to deal with with doing a water change. We finally ordered guppy grass from an Etsy seller. Floats on the top and gives fry plenty of coverage to hide!

I raise guppies and if you give them some live plants for the babies to hide in you don't have to separate them. Also feed them 6 times a day and the adults will leave the babies alone.
