Great video! Did it for the first time today - one tip to get more weight for seated calf raises - put the heaviest bar you can lift on your knee, using the pad from the hip thrusts. Using two hands like in the RDL bit you should be able to lift way heavier than 40kg onto your knee.

Great video Tip for the seated calf raise similar to what’s previously suggested. Search seated smith machine calf raise. Don’t know if your gym has one. Alternatively ask someone to sit on your knee 😅

Yes! I actually tried the smith machine the other day and it worked a treat. Appreciate the advice and glad I don’t have to request any knee sitting 😂

How long is the rest between sets and exercises please?

Around 45seconds should be enough rest between sets. Exercise rest is usually just me changing the weight or moving around the gym
