My H pylori Experience !

Same symptoms: Shooting pains underneath my ribs, Bloated even if I didn’t eat much, Constantly hearing my stomach growling and burping, diarrhea and nausea. Had an upper endoscopy last month which tested positive for HPylori, inflammation but no gastritis. They have me on a shit load of antibiotics (on my 10day) which they are killing me: headaches, shaky, nausea, bloating, burping, diarrhea (brown to black now) it’s no joke. Been crying everyday praying this shit goes away and that I improve. And now am scared to eat out again or what if this round of antibiotics doesn’t take this F bacteria 🦠 .. GOD PLEASE HELP US HEAL🙏🙏🙏 PLEASE KEEP US POSTED.

Yo dude keep your head up! Ive been through something very similar with h pylori. I even got those chills real bad, to the point where my body was cold but also i was scared to take a piss for fear of fainting. Its definitely scary to go through it, but there is light at the end. What helped the most in my opinion was a diet change, specifically watching the carbs. I try not to eat as much carbs, and also eating more fat and protein. This helped almost right away, but just be careful not to completely cut out carbs, just reduce them. I still got symptoms, but they arnt nearly as bad.
