hey so im new to natural hair, currently transistoning my hair, but i thought you could keep your natural hair out 24/7 without problems if that makes sense? to retain length and grow hair, can you only do twists? i dont look that great with twists especially with my hair being both relaxed and natural right now.

the reason why wearing my hair out excessively wouldn’t work for me is because it increases the chance for single strand knots, split ends, and overall breakage. it prevents my hair from breaking. so I’d rather just keep it in a protective style. whether that be mini twists, braids, a bun, you name it! as long as my ends are tucked away and my hair is out of my face. find what works best for you! 💗

I'm glad that I watched this video because I put olive oil in my hair not knowing what I was doing before I was about to wash it tonight. And it makes sense to do sort of some sort of oil treatment or specifically a hot oil treatment then shampoo the hair conditioner hair do a deep conditioner or a mask then leave in conditioner and style. We will see how this goes
