so much of what you said resonated with me, I'm 25 and suffering from trichotillomania hair loss. I just got my first hair topper last week, and I was upset for so long that so much of my hair has come out (probably half of it), but I felt like getting the topper has given me part of my life back. like you said I think I need to shift my focus from regrowing my hair to working with making the hair I have left, look better. thank you so much for posting this video and sharing your story

Hi Lackr. I just found your channel today, which is weird because I’ve been searching for help with hair loss stuff and I am going to make a consultation appointment with you just as soon as I get some other stuff paid off. My hair was my absolute prettiest thing, the women in my family are kind of famous for having amazing hair. That is until I had to have a thyroidectomy because I had a tumor, even though my thyroid function was fine, and every body system I have flipped out. I was tired all of the time, I was grumpy all of the time, I gained like 30 pounds, I was always cold, but I could handle all of that until my hair started falling out in fistfuls . I can’t even look at photos of myself from just three or so years ago, before all of this started, and I’m coming to terms with the fact that my hair, while it doesn’t look terrible now, will never return to its former and bodacious state. I have bought a few high-quality toppers, all from hidden crown, as well as the matching extensions, but they’re just keep falling apart, there are so many pieces that break at the top. I’m clearly not doing something right. Hopefully in October I’ll be in touch, I am really looking forward to it. These videos is so helpful and you are absolutely beautiful.

I think you are just wonderful Lacie!!! Very pretty, and always a lovely smile. Having said that, you are more than just a pretty face, you have a warm and reassuring way of talking about a difficult topic for women to deal with. I had long thick hair all my life, until mid 30s it started falling out. I am so thin on top now, and I don't go out much anymore, and when I do, I am always thinking people are staring at my thinning hair. I need a topper!!!

Hi Lacie! Thank you so much for sharing your hair loss journey. It sounds very similar to mine, except that you discovered hair toppers a lot earlier than I did ! I am 61 years old, and I have just in the past couple of months discovered that hair toppers existed. We were on vacation in Mexico with several other couples, and I was struggling with my fine, thin hair, which also tends to get ridiculously frizzy in the humidity so you can imagine what I looked like for the entire time that we were there. I made a casual comment to my friend, whose beautiful hair I had always admired, that she was so lucky her thick hair didn’t frizz like mine. That’s when she revealed to me that she was wearing a topper and had significant hair loss. I was absolutely shocked. I had no idea as it looks completely natural. And since then, I’ve been researching and looking into toppers to find the right one for me. I feel like this could open up a whole new world for me as I have always had fine thin hair but after the birth of my third child, at age 28, I had lost a significant amount of hair even though I could not afford to lose any hair. My doctor at that time told me once my hormone level stabilized it would grow back, but it never did. Thank you for being an encouragement to all of us out there who are struggling with hair loss. You have been a great inspiration to me and hopefully I will find my perfect topper soon.

I found this channel!! It's a blessing! I'm losing this hair, all on the top. As a nurse, I want to look my best for my patients, ok, for myself as well. It's getting worse this hair loss. I didn't know how bad, or maybe I did and didn't want to admit it. When my hair dresser said to me, "what's going on Tammy? This is a substantial hair loss here girl." I wanted to cry because it's so embarrassing. I've been thinking about a topper for a while now. And as you do, research the mess outta the internet until there is no more to research about it. Me encanta ver tus videos y me identifico mucho con historia yo quería desaparecer más en tiempo frío o cuando el clima era húmedo mi poco pelo se veía más poco y y se me encoja lleno d frizz , era horrible hasta el punto de no querer salir de casa e sufrido mucho con este problema ya me compre unas pelucas pero me da mucho calor y no me siento natural , compre un fringe pero ya me esta siendo difícil ponérmelo. porque ya no me lo puedo poner la base es muy chica , tengo mas pelo en los lados y necesito uno con la base más grande pero son un poco caros espero que pronto bajen de precio , gracias por todos tus consejos y reseñas eres genial 🥰

I had my scalp tattoed - which helped. If you look through my hair, you can still see thinning - but it is definitely better

I lost a ton a hair after my kidney transplant. It eventually grew back. That was 6 years ago. After my transplant I went on steroids and gained 100lbs. I recently went on a GLP1 and lost the 100lbs but my hair started falling out rapidly. My dermatologist told me it will eventually stop falling out and start growing back - just like after my transplant. I was willing to wait it out- again. But the thinning is just getting so bad. I have bald patches all around my head. But I decided that even IF my hair eventually grows back it will never be the hair I wish I had. It’s never been the full luxurious hair I wish I had. I recently started wearing a halo and ordered a topper. I’m 42 years old and started getting carded again 😂 I’m never going back.
